Alleged Cover-up SURFACED
Plaxico Antonio Burress, an American football wide receiver for the New York Giants of the National Football League, was earlier reported to have suffered an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound to the right thigh in a New York City Nightclub just last Friday. Accordingly, he was criminally charged the following Monday for possession of a handgun.
After Burress was on the New York City headlines, a new link has been discovered between Rochester and an alleged hospital cover-up.
New York Post claimed that the doctor who treated Burress secretly is a graduate of University of Rochester in the name of Dr. Josyann Abisaab. The post further claimed that the doctor summoned to the hospital mysteriously in the middle of the night. The law requires that, in such instances, the NYPD should be informed. Thus, the failure of 44-year-old Dr. Abisaab to alert the police and the act of signing off on medical papers without properly identifying herself and instead used a phony name of Harris Smith, resulted to her immediate suspension.
