Covini C6W- The Audi Powered 6 Wheel Vehicle
The Covini C6W or Covini Six Wheeler is ready for production next year. It was designed by Italian Ferruccio Covini over thirty years ago. He shelved the design in the 1980’s because the technology to make the vehicle wasn’t viable then. But now, thanks to advancement in automobile technology and Covini’s new hydro-pneumatic suspension technology, this car is ready to hit the streets.
Why do we need six wheels? Six wheels give your car more grip. The two extra tires give you more gripping surface, and the extra set helps stabilize the car in the event of a blow out.
Covini’s C6W was last seen at the 2004 Geneva Motor Show. But AutoWeek has reported that the car will go into limited production next year. So, after almost 34 years, The Covini C6W will feature, ABS technology; 440 horsepower 4.2L V8 engine sourced from Audi; a convertible top and other features that will make car enthusiast want to check this new ride out.
