FUGAZI is a United States punk band that formed in Washington, D.C. in 1987 and have been on hiatus since 2002. The band’s continual members are guitarists and vocalists Ian MacKaye and Guy Picciotto, bassist Joe Lally and drummer Brendan Canty. Fugazi are noted for their DIY ethical stance and manner of business practice.

Fugazi have announced plans to unveil a digital archive of their entire live recording arsenal. The revered D.C. band will make an official announcement later in 2010 through its longstanding record label Dischord when the project is finished.

Filmmaker, writer and producer Alex Jones has made quite a buzz with his documentary film, The Obama Deception.

The film has gone viral and followers of the movie are attempting to get it back online. As of this time,  all links to the film lead to blank pages. Is it,  in what many are calling, an act of censorship?

Is the censorship just a coincidence since the film had become the top link when searching the word “Obama“?

“This was a criminal act, and YouTube needs to investigate, track the IP and find out who did it,” Alex Jones said. “The Obama Deception was getting more and more popular, and the establishment doesn’t like the fact that it exposes the Left-Right paradigm and identifies Obama as a puppet,” he added.

 

“Oprah Hates Disabled People”.

Rumor floating around the web and even in media including the major news broadcasts is that Oprah hates disabled people. This rumor came about after a comment Oprah made on her popular TV show.

This is a truly offensive statement. So why does Oprah hates disabled people? No one really knows but the story is that the people behind the Oprah website that tracks votes for would-be contestants auditioning for Oprah’s upcoming show, “Your OWN Show” are cheating. The show will be a series that features contestants attempting to host their own reality talk show, similar to the one Oprah will be leaving in the coming months.

However, Oprah’s Own Network website clarified that “all videos are reviewed by their moderators to ensure compliance with the Participation Terms prior to the videos being posted.”

Let’s just wait and see “Whose life will change forever”.

Lindsay Lohan has faced many troubling situations throughout the last few months of her life. She has been recognized for having a drug addiction, drinking alcohol and living an unhealthy lifestyle.

Now it is serious because the judge has finally become tired of giving her too many chances. The young actress faces possible jail time and her estranged father has a lot to say about her daughter’s predicament.

The father said that her daughter has been addicted to prescription medication.

“ As long as prescription drugs are in the mix, she’ll never be 100% and have her career back. She can get off them with proper treatment, not jail.”

Lindsay was given an alcohol monitoring system called SCRAM which was attached to her ankle sometime in May. Lindsay is just 24-years-old but apparently, she’s not concerned. She seems to be unconcerned on the situation and suggests that Judge Revel hates her guts.

Generation Zero , dubbed as “The Inconceivable Truth“, is a controversial new documentary film that tackles the recent economic downturn and financial disaster facing the United States of America. This film was written and directed by Stephen K. Bannon and produced by David Bossie for Citizens United.

The film examines the causes of the economic collapse of September 18, 2008. The documentary is at least partially based on Generational Dynamics theory and the ideas developed in the book The Fourth Turning by Strauss and Howe. According to this theory, America is currently in an Unraveling period which will lead to a major Crisis period.

The film made its debut at the Tea Party Convention and was shown shortly after at the 2010 CPAC event. The film premiered in March 2010 in Washington, DC with additional screenings in New York and Los Angeles.
