It was all over the news that Tiger Wood’ wife, Elin Nordegren moved out of the couples mansion home in Orlando, Florida today. It was somehow because of the rumors about Tiger Woods’ mistresses.
Tiger Woods was involved in a car crash on November 27, 2009. Since then his life has been a public spectacle as mistress after mistress continues to be revealed. The current count is at ten, and mistress number 7 is reported porn star actress, Holly Samspon.
Since Woods’ car accident, numerous women have been linked to the golfer that somehow affected his relationship with his wife, Elin Nordegren.
Looks like Tiger Woods’ popularity is dropping faster than his trousers! And no one is more disappointed than the athlete’s shamed wife.

Is Global warming a hoax? Twenty-six researchers concluded that sea ice was disappearing at a huge pace, and the sea level rise would be much high than anticipated in the part. These scientists feared a global backlash against their dire warnings and discussed this over email. They had opinions about those who doubt that climate change exists. What’s missing is the hoax. From Real Climate, a group of the scientists involved, comes this true confession: they had no plan to pull the wool over the eyes of the world.
There is no real evidence of any worldwide conspiracy. Emails and documents from Climate Research Unit (CRU) , at UK’s East University of East Anglia where the world’s leading scientist work, have been leaked. The truth is, it was all falsified studies and intimidated studies.
On the other hand, if global warming is really a hoax or not, it has benefits to agriculture, animal husbandry and industry.

The Federal Appeals Court in Atlanta has dismissed the case filed by Amanda Tliton saying that a woman who took part in sexually explicit contests at a Daytona Beach, Fla., hotel two months short of her 18th birthday cannot sue over Internet images of her, notwithstanding the fact that he is a minor. The suit for damages against the hotel, the owner of a video company and others were effectively ended.
Julie Amanda Tilton, who was at the time 17-year-old high school student, went to the Desert Inn Resort Motel in April 2001 after hearing about a number of risque contests. She competed in two wet T-shirt contests, a “banana sucking contests” and a “sexual positions contests” in from of hundreds of observers amd some were even taking photos.
Tilton filed the lawsuit claiming that Deslin Hotels, which owns the Desert Inn, had induced her to engage in “sexually explicit conduct” and created an atmosphere it knew would draw others to take pictures of it. On the part of the owner of a video production company, Chad Ciani, he stated that he heard of the contest in an advertisment and went over to take pictures and some video footage of the event and later posted it on his website.
Judge Bill Pryor, writing for a unanimous three-judge panel, of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, said Tilton’s suit failed because she could not produce actual proof she engaged in such conduct.

According to New York Times, Rene-Thierry Magon de la Villehuche, a founder of the Hedge Fund Access International Advisors, was found dead last Tuesday in his office situated at Madison Avenue Building in Manhattan. Reports said that about $1.4 billion was lost by him when he invested said amount with Bernard L. Madoff, the money messenger who alllegedly run off with a $50 billion Ponzi scheme.
One of de la Villehuchet’s former partners said that the former came from a long line of aristocratic Frenchmen, with the Magon part of his name referring to one of the most powerful families in France. His fund signed up intermediaries associated to the cream of Europe’s high society and jet set to gather clients like Philippe Junot, a French businessman and friend who is the ex-husband of Princess Caroline of Monaco.
De la Villehuchet’s death came as the swindled investors started to look for ways and means in order to possibly recoup their losses. A handful of lawsuits have already been filed by Hedge funds clients also contending that they the latter had failed to exercise their fiduciary responsibility to protect their clients.
French newspaper La Tribune reported that 65-year-old de la Villehuchet had committed suicide due to the fact that he was “unable to resist the pressures that followed the eruption of the scandal.” Authorities told DealBook that de la Villehuchet was found having injuries to his arms, having apparently slit his wrists. However, a spokewoman for the New York City Medical Examiner told that they have not yet determined the cause of the death of the Madoff investor.
