The star race drived Danica Patrick had paid a $196 fine in order to settle a speeding ticket after she was caught in a 35 mph zone going 54 mph in the previous month in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Danica Sue Patrick was born March 25, 1982 in Beloit, Wisconsin. She is an American auto racing driver who is currently competing in the IndyCar Series. The 26-year-old racer was asked by Scottdale police to pull over last December 9 in her hometown while she was driving her 2007 Mercedes. Also, in the previous year, she was also ticketed for driving 57 mph in a 40 mph zone in Scottdale where she was ordered to attend traffic school.

Based on the records of the court, it was revealed that the latest tickets are among the several she was able to receive in the last three years. Also, she was directed to attend at the traffic court next week, Monday but she was able to settle the fine Wedmesday according to a Scottsdale City Court Clerk.
